mymuesli Manages Processes with the GUS-OS Suite
mymuesli has launched company-wide within eight months the GUS-OS Suite of process-oriented ERP software from the GUS Group. In the first step the muesli manufacturer implemented standard business modules such as Purchasing, Sales, Production, Planning, Calculation, and Reporting. Since the beginning of July around 100 employees at the company’s Passau production site have been using the system.
Integrated ERP system instead of standalone solutions
The trendy muesli producer from Passau has adopted the GUS Group’s ERP suite in place of a variety of standalone software products. “Until now we have had at my muesli a very heterogeneous IT landscape that has grown with us over the years,” said the firm’s founder Philipp Kraiss. “After nine years it was time to map our processes using a uniform ERP solution with a view to depicting cross-departmental information and processes more transparently and thereby to ensuring better integration of individual divisions.” An additional advantage of the GUS-OS Suite is that the GUS Group’s ERP solution is scalable and can therefore map without difficulty mymuesli’s processes across further growth or incorporate new distribution channels and sales markets.

More modules to be launched
Following the go-live, which went ahead smoothly, on time, and in budget, mymuesli and the GUS Group are well into Phase 2. By the year’s end the project partners aim to implement the Business Intelligence, Forecast, Product Development, and Laboratory modules. Interfaces are also to connect the muesli manufacturer’s web shop to the GUS-OS Suite. For next year they are planning to implement the Finance module.
