After an intensive introductory period, which also included accompanied validation according to GMP, the Swiss company, Max Zeller Söhne AG, started full live operation without any appreciable problems. In addition to GUS-OS ERP, also the modules GUS-OS Planning for special requirements in production planning and GUS-OS Finance/CH for accounting as well as the laboratory information management system (LIMS) GUS-OS Labor were implemented. All GUS-OS software modules are based on the workflow-based Java-framework.

During implementation, simplifying and optimising the internal procedures through all areas as well as establishing a process oriented ERP standard was clearly a priority.
