Since GUS-OS Archive is fully integrated with GUS-OS ERP it can be activated by the workflow engine immediately: archiving of documents being part of the process. You are able to define types of documents and rules for archiving and thus create a highly individual filing, which allows fast and secure retrieval by individual indexing and full text search.

The selected document and the related process are displayed together in a split-screen presentation. For safety reasons and to achieve even better performance GUS-OS Archive can be implemented on a dedicated server and database management system. Even it works OnDemand.
