K+H Software from Germering near Munich and the GUS Group have signed an extensive cooperation contract. After integrating the K+K finance solution with the ERP System CHARISMA from the GUS Group, further joint marketing activities are to be carried out. In the near future K+H will be implementing their iSeries solution for accounting, investments and controlling on the GUS-OS architecture of the GUS Group. CHARISMA as well as the K+H finance solution will have a browser interface and will be completely Web capable.

CHARISMA users can then have access to practical financial software for medium-size companies without having to lay out a large investment. By extending the K+H solution with GUS-OS functionality – browser, user-specific function releases, flexible workflow manager etc. – this gives, on the one side, greater investment security and a further advantage is the integration within the application. Redundant data storage can be avoided and information within the application can be exchanged and displayed especially order values, outstanding bills, payment procedures, limits, conditions etc.

The finance applications from K+H were developed by tax consultants and it received the mark of „very good“ from the BVBC. Among the users (200 installations in 26 countries) are international companies such as Hellmann Worldwide Logistics GmbH & Co. KG who chose to install the K+H investment management including the module planning/ projection as well as the foreign currency/company evaluation in 17 locations in different countries. In a recent independent survey the K+H finance solution was evaluated as the best iSeries finance software. (March 2003)
