The CHARISMA Base Module for Quality Control checks and monitors lot based stock. Quality control and quality protection workers are supported when monitoring releases, post-testing and expiry dates as well as remaining times.
Lot related transactions, i.e. freezing and releases or expiry date changes are documented in the CHARISMA booking log.
Functions are available for quality control to create checklists as well as for entering analysts results.
On receipt of stock, i.e. from incoming goods or production, a lot master record is created. Releases, post-tests and expiry dates, as well as remaining times are then calculated. According to the check requirement of an item, the QC status of the related lot is then placed in quarantine.
