The CHARISMA Base Module for Sales gives predefined standard templates for processing customer orders as well as definitions and processes for differing order types such as:

Tour scheduling can (optionally) follow, it can either be selected through the relevant CHARISMA functions or through the integration of a PC based tour planning system.
The order picking in dispatch or warehouse is supported through functions for calling pick orders, preparation of the necessary forms as well as by confirmation functions. The provision of hand held terminals for radio transmitted, paperless order picking – the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or dispatch lines – can all be integrated through the generalized communication interface in CHARISMA. With lot related res-ervations from stock, the minimum shelf life and remaining life of the product are taken into consideration.
Order processing is controlled through extensive parameterization. The flexible definition of various order types is carried out through the integrated application Workflow Management from CHARISMA.
