Basis Module

The CHARISMA Base Module for Costing calculates the necessary manufacturing costs for the production costing. Standard costs, budget costs and plan costs are all differentiated. The standard costs and the actual costs differentiate between

Material costs
Material overhead costs
Finishing costs
Finishing overhead costs

The costs of the actual manufacturing level as well as the costs of the accumulated prelevels are determined.

Budget costs and plan costs are taken from the standard costs or manually from default costs and then stored in a simplified scheme.

The standard costs are automatically calculated with

Standard material costs
Assessment of the material overhead costs
Calculating the material and material overhead costs according to the the analyse of the bill of materials
Calculating the finishing and finishing overhead costs according to routing steps and the capacity master with eventual calculation according to the bill of materials analysis.

The actual costs are taken from the data of processed purchase orders and processed production orders, under the framework of period closures from the purchase and production modules and then prepared analogously with the calculation of the standard costs.

Costs from single items and the component structure of items are separated according to the standard and actual costs or evaluated as a comparison as a display or list.
